Return policy
As our chocolates are perishable, we can only accept returns and offer refunds or replacements for items that arrive damaged.
In such cases, photographic evidence of both the outer packaging and the damaged products must be provided within 24 hours of delivery. Please send this to teimi@email.com.
Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion, and we reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution in each case.
Since chocolates are perishable items we can only accept returns and issue refunds for orders that arrive broken. If this is the case, we need photographic evidence of the damage to the outer postal box and of the damage to the actual product. This must be sent to teimi@email.com within 24 hours of receiving the order.
